The wall lamp Matin 300 is an extraordinarily decorative lamp that is reminiscent of the pleated lamps of the 1920s. At that time in particular, everyone was talking about folded lampshades. The pleated lights are primarily attributed to the Art Deco era. Thanks to their unique design language and the functional character of the Bauhaus period, the lamps made of pleated fabric are a real rediscovery.

The designer Inga Sempé created the Matin LED light for the Danish brand HAY and launched it in bold colours. The filigree lamp base made of bent brass forms a decorative basis for the wall lamp with a pleated shade. The Matin lamp by HAY is also very attractive as a bedside lamp.
