Refund policy

(1) Consumers have a right of withdrawal as described below, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.

(2a) Articles from the "selected vintage" category are excluded from the right of withdrawal, as they are used or unique goods that cannot be replaced. Also excluded from the right of withdrawal are articles that were produced in small series or in limited quantities and that cannot be reproduced.

(2b) For live potted plants or bare-rooted plants, the plants must be returned to us undamaged and in good condition. In the meantime, the plants must be carefully removed from their packaging and watered to prevent damage or dehydration of the plants. If the plants arrive damaged, dried out or neglected, we will check whether part of the purchase amount will be refunded at all.

(3) Cancellation policy:

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You can use the sample cancellation form attached to your order, but this is not mandatory.

(4) Consequences of cancellation:

If you withdraw from this contract, we will have given you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have), to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We can refuse reimbursement if the goods were not returned in their original packaging, the goods are damaged or used, or the goods were sent without proof of postage or if you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, depending on which earlier date is.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.

(5) Every customer receives the cancellation form when the order is placed by email and attached to the invoice in the shipment.
